Cast Steel Pneumatic Knife Gate Valve Meets Common Flange Standards

The HK59-D-D cast steel flange pneumatic knife gate valve is compatible with DIN, JIS 10K, ANSI and GOST connections. Its simple design consists of two parts: a pneumatic actuator at the top and a solid valve body at the bottom. When compressed air enters, the blade gate moves up and down quickly, opening or closing the pipe. The sharp edge plate scrapes away any accumulation inside the pipe, keeping the sealing surface clean and extending the life of the valve. Since it is completely locked in the fully open or fully closed position, the valve cannot finely adjust the flow, but this makes it ideal for applications that require a solid shutoff.
