Short Description:

COVNA pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve adopts flange interface that complies with international standards such as GB, ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc. The valve body material can be selected from 304/316 stainless steel, the nominal diameter covers DN50~DN400, and it is standardly equipped with double-acting cylinder drive, and single-acting (spring return) can be customized. The gas source pressure is 0.4~0.7 MPa, the operating temperature is –30~80 ℃, and the medium temperature is –30~150 ℃; the valve plate and the valve body are equipped with special elastic sealing rings, the leakage rate is as low as 1×10⁻⁶ mbar·L/s, the output torque is large, and the 90° opening and closing time is less than 1 s; the modular design supports flexible combination of limit switches, positioners, etc., and fast disassembly and maintenance. With high reliability and zero leakage performance, it is widely used in vacuum drying, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical aseptic isolation and food vacuum packaging.
